Reconnect to true-self and live with more authenticity on this 4 session journey in community with a special group of others seeking to live as their best selves. Learn new tools for how to connect to your internal wisdom even when facing your toughest emotional challenges.

These specialized journaling sessions are designed for individuals like you, who have experienced connection to self throughout the years, but are looking for a more sustained experience in authentic living. Through the reflective practice of box journaling, we'll delve into the heart of what's been holding us back without re-triggering past traumas that may exist. Trauma from early life is a part of the human experience, but here we focus on how is that affecting your emotions, thoughts and behaviours today? As we gather in a nurturing online space, we’ll share our stories and support each other, building a community that fosters discovery and growth. Together, we'll journey towards reclaiming our sense of power in true-self living, renewing our zest for life, and finding solutions to tough situations and relationships.

Details:

We delve into emotional intelligence training, improve our body-mind connection, identify authentic shadow thoughts, how to process these thoughts and come out with a compassionate and more wholistic position on our shadow selves. We weave in creative expression throughout the journaling process to improve our ‘unspoken’ connection to self and build confidence.

As the workshop facilitator, I've personally embraced this method for years and witnessed significant improvements in my ability to cope with difficult situations in my life. Benefits from this journaling technique:

- Duration: Each session lasts 1.5 hours

Session Breakdown:

First week is an introduction and explanation to this journaling method. Each week you will create your own journal page before we meet. Then we will meet and discuss the process and where and how you experienced breakthroughs, or felt stuck in the process. Each session will offer a profound breakthrough in self-awareness and take you closer to powerful self-guided living.

Target Audience:

Men and women aged 25-65 looking for support in managing difficult situations and challenging relationships in their lives.
